See <br /> and Scale project scope,construction plans, comp Ian. <br /> Socioeconomic Code Source or Documentation <br /> Demographic Character Changes 2 The Florida Department of Health in Indian River <br /> County was contacted during the application and has <br /> advised the construction of a gravity sewer system in <br /> the area will promote community health to Indian River <br /> County citizens by improving an underserved area and <br /> vulnerable population. Also noted,the proposed project <br /> would positively impact water quality and the Indian <br /> River Lagoon. The application process also required <br /> service area income surveys and it was determined that <br /> the majority of the area are residents of low to moderate <br /> income that will have a positive benefit and <br /> improvement in quality of life.
