Planner Boling noted there are some time limitations; if <br />they don't act on a preliminary plan for 18 months and it is not <br />extended, it would expire. <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked how utilities for the smaller <br />piece that is sold off would be addressed, and Planner Boling <br />explained that before such a pod could be developed, all the <br />roadway structure would have to be into that pod and the <br />utilities serving that area. Everything would be set up so they <br />could hook into it. A maximum density is assigned at the time of <br />conceptual approval, and all the infrastructure would be based on <br />maximum development. <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously closed <br />the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 86-41 amending Ordinance 85-5, the <br />Planned Residential Development (PRD) Ordinance. <br />35 <br />JUN 1 1986 vu 4 "k -E" 9 <br />
