Planner Boling noted there are some time limitations; if <br />they don't act on a preliminary plan for 18 months and it is not <br />extended, it would expire. <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked how utilities for the smaller <br />piece that is sold off would be addressed, and Planner Boling <br />explained that before such a pod could be developed, all the <br />roadway structure would have to be into that pod and the <br />utilities serving that area. Everything would be set up so they <br />could hook into it. A maximum density is assigned at the time of <br />conceptual approval, and all the infrastructure would be based on <br />maximum development. <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard.
