ANNUAL APPROPRIATION. TIME OF THE ESSENCE. Time shall be of the essence with respect to each <br />and every matter set forth herein. <br />16. RADON IS A NATURALLY OCCURRING RADIOACTIVE GAS THAT, <br />WHEN IT HAS ACCUMULATED IN A BUILDING IN SUFFICIENT <br />QUANTITIES, MAY PRESENT HEALTH RISK TO PERSONS WHO ARE <br />EXPOSED TO IT OVER TIME. LEVELS OF RADON THAT EXCEED <br />FEDERAL AND STATE GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN FOUND IN BUILDINGS <br />IN FLORIDA. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING RADON AND <br />RADON TESTING MAY BE OBTAINED FROM YOUR COUNTY HEALTH <br />UNIT. <br />17. VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW. Any and all suits for breach of this Lease <br />Agreement shall be instituted and maintained in a state or federal court of <br />competent jurisdiction having jurisdiction over Indian River County, Florida. This <br />Lease Agreement and any questions concerning its validity, construction and <br />performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. <br />4 <br />
