<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0)
<br />adopted Ordinance 86-44, rezoning 2.4 acres from RM -6,
<br />Multiple -Family Residential District, to CL, Limited
<br />Commercial District.
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 86-44
<br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
<br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP
<br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING
<br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the -
<br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing
<br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
<br />request; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined
<br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of
<br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public
<br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of
<br />the following described property situated in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1 thru 17 inclusive, Block 10 and and Lot 11, Block 3,
<br />WEONA PARK, according to plat filed in the office of the
<br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />in Plat Book 2,.page 17; said land lying and being in Indian
<br />River County, FLorida; together with:
<br />All that part of the following described property lying east
<br />of State Road 510 and north of Poinsettia Blvd.: Lots 6, 11,
<br />14, 15, 16 and 17, Block 9, Weona Park Subdivision,
<br />according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
<br />17, public records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Be changed from RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District,
<br />to CL, Limited Commercial District.
<br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
<br />described in said Zoning Regulations.
<br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 2 day
