Keataing,/A�ICP HENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />Director, Planning-& Development APPLICATIONS <br />95 <br />FROWchard Shearer REFERENCES: <br />Chief, Long -Range Planning CPA App. Memo <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />special meetings of July 15 and 29, 1986. <br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS <br />The Planning and Development Division received six Comprehensive <br />Plan amendment applications in January of 1986 and initiated <br />fifteen amendment applications at the request "of the Board of <br />County Commissioners, the Planning and Zoning Commission, or one <br />of the Administrative Divisions under the direction of the Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />The staff has reviewed these twenty-one amendment applications and <br />made recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission who <br />reviewed them on March 13, 1986. After the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission reviewed these applications, all of•the applications <br />were forwarded to the State Department of Community Affairs and <br />the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council for a required 90 day. <br />review period. The comments from the State and the regional <br />planning council are attached. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />A recommendation for each of the amendment applications is <br />included in the enclosed agenda item for each application. <br />J U L15 196 BOOK 65 FnUF 03 <br />
