<br />and ordinary expenses and of all special and extraordinary expenditures Conterii-
<br />plated, as required by Section 2346, Compiled General Laws of Florida, for the,
<br />fiscal year � 931-1932, which said estimate will be eousidered and finally Ado oU4

<br />The foregoing estimates as made by the Board and pub lishe ri ��
<br />Press Journal, a newspaper published in the County in the issue of said newspaper
<br />of the 14th .day of August 19319 was then taken up, considered, and finally adopted.
<br />The Board then proceeded with the matter of fixing the rate of taxation for County
<br />and 13pecial District purposes for the year 1931, and after a careful consideration
<br />of the estimates of receipts and the estimates of expenditures it was the determina-
<br />tion of the Board that the rete of taxation necessary to meet such expenses would
<br />be for each of the following mentioned purposes the amounts estimated, declared and
<br />levied, namely:
<br />Inmorder to meet the estimated current expenses of the County of Indian River,
<br />of the sum of $22,657.50, it is determined and hereby declaa:red-that`,a tax rate of
<br />Seven (7) mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby imposed upon all of the
<br />property lying and being in the County of Indian River on the first day of January,
<br />1931, for the GENERAL' FUND, to meat the current expenses of the County and to provide
<br />for the expenditure as estimated in the budget hereinbefore set forth.-
