ri-UL 16 1986 <br />BOOK 65 PAGE 49 1 <br />EMPLOYEE_OF_THE_QUARTER _AWARD <br />Chairman Scurlock announced that the Employee of the Quarter <br />Award would go to Virginia "Tess" Whetzel, Administrative <br />Secretary to Planning 6 Development Director Keating. He called <br />Ms. Whetzel forward, presented her with a plaque and a check, and <br />expressed the Board's appreciation for her work. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or <br />additions to the Minutes of the Regular Meetings of June 11th and <br />June 18th, 1986 or the Minutes of the Special Meeting of June 20, <br />1986. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 11, 1986, the <br />Regular Meeting of June 18, 1986, and the Special <br />Meeting of June 20, 1986. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Wodtke requested that Item M be removed for <br />discussion; Chairman Scurlock requested the removal of Item P; <br />and Acting Administrator Thomas requested the removal of Item H. <br />A.
