ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />CommissionerLyons, the Board unanimously closed <br />the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Lyons suggested a few small changes in the <br />proposed ordinance. On Page 1, Frontage. "...property measured <br />along the street right-of-way." He requested that this be <br />changed to read ".--measured along a street right-of-way." He <br />then questioned the wording on Page 2, 25. (b) (6) "....if the <br />rear yard abuts a front yard..." as he did not feel it could <br />abut, but it could face a front yard. <br />After considerable discussion wherein.Planner Shearer gave <br />various examples of situations where you could have a rear yard <br />abutting a front yard, it was agreed to change the wording to <br />state "....if the rear yard abuts or faces a front yard." <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted Ordinance <br />86-46 amending the Zoning Code re placement of <br />trellises, satellite dish antennas, definitions of <br />yards and permitted yard encroachments, with the <br />changes noted above. <br />29 <br />L:JUL 16 196 <br />BooK 65 uIjE '76 <br />
