Such bonds and the Inter- <br />est thereon shall not constitute an indebtedness <br />or pledge of the general credit or taxing power <br />of Indian River County or of the State of Florida. <br />Issuance of the bonds of Indian River County <br />shall be subject to several conditions, including <br />satisfactory documentation, approval by counsel <br />as to the tax-exempt status of the interest on the <br />bonds and receipt of necessary approvals for <br />construction of the facility to be financed. The <br />aforementioned meeting shall be a public meet- <br />ing and all persons who may be interested will <br />be given an opportunity to be heard concerning <br />the same. <br />Freda Wright, Clerk <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County <br />Lune 28, 1986 <br />LeeAnn Fiveash, representing Rhoads 6 Sinon, Bond Counsel, <br />reviewed the proposed Resolution whereby the Commission approves <br />the issuance of the bonds in compliance with the requirements of <br />the Internal Revenue Code. Ms. Fiveash noted that this is <br />actually a formality and affords the public an opportunity to <br />give their input.
