r <br />of U L 16 1966 <br />BOOK <br />65 Pn1jr <br />107 <br />Mr. <br />Vocelle agreed he would present this to his <br />Board, <br />but <br />stressed that IRCVAS has tried to facilitate a smooth transfer by <br />donating free equipment, etc. <br />Commissioner Wodtke expressed concern about any lapse in <br />coverage when the vehicle titles are transferred, and Mr. Vocelle <br />advised him that the insurance for both entities is being handled <br />by the same agency and they have been assured there will be no <br />lapse in coverage. <br />Chairman Scurlock inquired about the -buildings, and Mr. <br />Vocelle advised they had thought the buildings were theirs but <br />recently learned they were constructed on land belonging to the <br />City. <br />It was agreed we need to get all this straightened out, and <br />that the squads should work with the Actinn Administrator and OMB <br />Director to accompiish this. <br />Mr. Vocelle wished to know when the point raised today will <br />be cleared up. <br />The Chairman believed the calculations can be done today and <br />this should be cleared up by tomorrow. <br />Commissioner Lyons expressed his belief that the calcula- <br />tions should be based on proportionate service. <br />12TH STREET R/W ACQUISITION - I.R.BLVD.'SOUTH <br />Public Works Director Davis made the following presentation: <br />60 <br />
