DE140Ll "CPHU Contract Management Report" which compares the actual <br />services and expenditures with the contract plan for the second <br />quarter of the contract; <br />2. DE235L1 - "Analysis of Find Equities" which shows revenue for the report <br />period by source and the balance in the CPHU trust fund; <br />3. DE250L1 - "Statement of Budget and Actual Expenditures Per Revenue <br />Contribution Ratio"; <br />4.
