The planners <br />have stated that if it is downzoned to 3 upa, that is a <br />reasonable use of their property absent of the facts which are <br />not here today and he was not worried about a court challenge <br />either way. <br />Commissioner Wodtke realized there is going to be <br />development in that part of the county and things are going to <br />change in certain areas and certainly the 6 upa is not high <br />density.
