<br />remaining twenty-five percent (25%) of the total
<br />cost of the project; and
<br />WHEREAS. any special assessment not maid
<br />within said ninety (90) day period shall bear in-
<br />terest beyond the due date at a rate established
<br />by the Board of County Commissioners at the
<br />time of preparation of the final assessment roll,
<br />and shall be payable in two (2) equal install-
<br />ments, the first to be made twelve (12) months
<br />from the due date and the second to be made
<br />twenty-four (24) months from the due date; and

<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
<br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING
<br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE
<br />IMPROVEMENT TO 77TH COURT (AVE-
<br />NUE 2) 388' SOUTH ROSELAND ROAD;
<br />37TH AVENUE BETWEEN 10TH AND
<br />12TH STREET: 7TH AVENUE BETWEEN
<br />10TH AND 12TH STREETS; IST LANE
<br />BETWEEN ND 32ND AVENUES -
<br />PROVIDING THE
<br />EATOTAL ESTIMATED
<br />COST, METHOD OF PAYMENT OF AS-
<br />SESSMENTS, NUMBER OF ANNUAL IN-

<br />WHEREAS, the County Public Works Depart-
<br />ment has received a public improvement peti-
<br />tion, signed by more than % of the owners o

<br />Road; 37th Avenue between 10th and 12th

<br />WHEREAS, the petition has been verified and)
<br />meets the requirements of Section 11-23, Indian
<br />River County Code Of Laws and Ordinances,*and
<br />design work including cost estimates has been
<br />Completed by the Public Works Division; and
<br />WHEREAS, the total estimated cost of the pro-
<br />posed improvements is $100,970.94; and
<br />WHEREAS, the special assessment provided
<br />hereunder shall, for any given record owner of
<br />properly within the area specially benefited, be
<br />in an amount equal to that proportion of seventy-
<br />five percent (75%) of the total cost of the projec
<br />which the number of lineal feet of road frontag
<br />owned by the given owner bears to the total
<br />number of lineal feet of road frontage within the
<br />area specially benefited, and shall become due
<br />and payable at the Office of the Tax Collector of,
<br />Indian River County ninety (90) days after the
<br />final determination of the special assessments
<br />Pursuant to Section 11-34, Indian River County
<br />Code of Laws and Ordinances; and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
<br />OARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF IN -
<br />IAN RIVER COUNTY. FLORIDA, as follows:
<br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratt-
<br />ed in their entirety.
<br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage:

<br />ind 12th Streets, 1st Lane between 27th and
<br />12nd Avenues; heretofore designated as Public

<br />iereby approved subject to the terms outlined
<br />above and 811 applicable requirements of Section
<br />11-34, Indian River County Code of Laws and
<br />Ordinances.
