r JUL 23 1986 <br />BOOK P-5 Fm :3 <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners DATE: July 16, 1986 FILE: <br />THRU: Joseph` A.Baird <br />Director, Budget Office <br />SUBJECT: Transfer of Vehicles from <br />BCC to Sheriff's Dept.I <br />FROM:C e -! z� <br />-�- ��.G� REFERENCES: <br />Caroly,, Goodrich <br />Purchasing Department Manager <br />Due to the transfer of the jail assets back to the Sheriffs <br />Department, the vehicle titles of the vehicles used by the <br />jail must also be transferred to the Sheriff's Department. <br />4 <br />Request authorization for Board Chairman to sign title <br />transfer. <br />Commissioner Bird asked which vehicles are involved, and <br />Purchasing Manager Carolyn Goodrich listed the following: <br />(1 ) 1983 Ford Van <br />(1) 1982 Mercury 4 -dr: automobile <br />(1) 1980 Mercury 4 -dr. automobile <br />(1) 1972 GMC Pickup Truck <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously approved <br />the transfer of vehicles used by the Jail back to the <br />Sheriff's Dept. and authorized the Chairman's <br />signature, as recommended by Purchasing Manager <br />Goodrich. <br />G.
