JUL 2 0 ISMO <br />BOOK F'A;t.6 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Lyons, the Board unanimously (4-0) agreed <br />to designate Parcels 1 and 2 OCR and Parcels 3 and 4 <br />RM -10; or, in effect, keep the property in -Item #3 <br />(Vista Properties) as it is. <br />Attorney Quinn wished to know if that Motion addresses the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, and it was felt that would <br />require a separate Motion. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Lyons, the Board unanimously (4-0) denied Vista <br />Properties' request for an amendment to the Comprehensive <br />Plan to create a node at the intersection of U.S.I. and <br />Vista Royale Boulevard and adopted Ordinance 86-52 <br />amending the Comprehensive Plan as approved earlier <br />tonight, as follows: <br />Item # <br />'4Enlarging Oslo Rd/74th Ave. Commercial/Industrial Node to <br />450 acres. <br />5 Redesignating 30 acres from AG to RR -2 (I.R.Aerodrome). <br />6 Redesignating 50 acres from AG to RR -2 and including <br />16.5 acres in the Oslo/74th Ave. Node (Hilltop Trust). <br />8 Redesignating Hobart Rd/U.S.I. Commercial/Industrial <br />Node as a Commercial Node. <br />9 Combining the Roseland Commercial and Hospital Commer- <br />cial Nodes and enlarging the combined Node to 120 acres. <br />10 Creating a 15 acre Industrial Node on Gibson St., Roseland. <br />11 Enlarging N. Gifford 'Rd/U.S.I Commercial Node to 90 acres. <br />12 Creating a 5 acre Commercial Node at CR 510 bet. 62nd and <br />64th Aves. <br />13 Creating a 15 acre Commercial Node at intersection of tst <br />S t , and 4.3 rd Ave. <br />14 Creating a 10 acre Commercial Node at the intersection of <br />27th Ave. and the south County Line Canal. <br />15 Redesignating the Sebastian City Limits/U.S.I.
