e <br />�] <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 86-58 authorizing the sale and consump- <br />tion of alcoholic beverages at Sandridge Golf Club. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86- 58 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />AUTHORIZING SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY SANDRIDGE GOLF CLUB; <br />PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION IN CODE, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County as follows: <br />Q ter -:-1 nKi <br />SANDRIDGE GOLF CLUB <br />m <br />Notwithstanding the provisions of Section <br />174-4.(b)(28), the sale and consumption of alcoholic <br />beverages shall be permitted at the Indian River County <br />Sandridge Golf Club. The sale of such alcoholic beverages <br />shall be permitted only by the vendor authorized by Indian <br />River County to sell alcoholic beverages at the Sandridge <br />Golf Club. No person other than the authorized vendor shall <br />bring alcoholic beverages into the Sandridge Golf Club. <br />SECTION 2. <br />INCORPORATION IN CODE <br />This ordinance shall be incorporated into the Code <br />of Ordinances of Indian River County and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other <br />appropriate word and the sections of this ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such purposes. <br />59 <br />AUG�� 6 Boa FA �� 330 <br />
