Fr -AUG, 6 <br />190 <br />BOOK 65 Pr!,E , <br />Commissioner Bird believed the lease would have to read that <br />the building would be operated and maintained in accordance with <br />local regulations. <br />Chairman Scurlock agreed, but expressed his opinion that it <br />would cost between $15-20,000 to meet the minimum requirements. <br />Commissioner Lyons felt some of the things listed can be <br />done with community effort. <br />Commissioner Bird suggested we specify some reasonable time <br />period for them to bring the building into a usable condition, <br />and after discussion, it was generally agreed to set it at a <br />year. <br />Commissioner Wodtke believed Mr. Cartwright is talking about <br />using this cafeteria just for public assembly and pointed out <br />that if they want to use the kitchen facilities, it will require <br />more extensive repairs, including the sewage system. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to work with Mr. Cartwright and the County <br />Attorney to draw up a proposed Lease and bring it <br />back to the Commission for final action. <br />CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP - RIVER BEND FRANCHISE TO CORALSTONE CLUB <br />The hour of 10:15 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />64 <br />
