A new main breaker and <br />separate meter will be required to provide electrical service <br />to the hu i Id ing. 'Where pro twn existing ulectr_ ical panels, <br />however, serves prim, rily the. former kitchen area and <br />would not be required for the main meeting room. Additional <br />electricity would be required in the rest rooms and to <br />provide for the water pump operation. Entire electrical <br />system must be upgraded to reflect National Electrical Code <br />requirements. <br />f. Heat - No heat is available presently, and is riot <br />required by code. <br />The items above reflect requirements for use of the building on an <br />infrequent or intermittent basis and only as a public assembly <br />building. These requirements would not cover use on a daily basis or <br />for purposes other than meetings (i.c.-food preparation). More <br />stringent guidelines exist for additional uses. <br />Listed below are the projected costs for each of the items outlined - <br />above: <br />I.
