(3) The Contractor shall restore all roadways immediately upon the completion of each segment <br />and or phase of the construction Such restoration shall be to the satisfaction of the County. <br />(4) The Contractor shall submit for the County review and approval, as part of his bid <br />submission, a sample copy of his company's daily reporting format for reporting the progress of <br />construction. This format shall include but not be limited to the detailing of all labor, equipment and <br />materials used in the construction of the project along with the areas worked, type of work <br />performed, problems encountered and daily weather conditions at the work areas. The Contractor <br />will be required to submit to the County's Project Manager, copies of all daily reports completed by <br />the Contractor's personnel and his subcontractors at the beginning of the following work day for <br />each day worked. <br />(5) The Contractor shall be required to submit (2) copies of 8 1/2"x 11" progress color photos <br />indicating the completion of the contract work with the dates that the work was performed, on a <br />weekly basis to the County's Project Manager. The Contractor shall also be required to submit as - <br />built surveys, by a registered land surveyor licensed to do work in the State of Florida, on a weekly <br />basis to the County's Project manager that indicate the completion of contract work by the <br />Contractor and his subcontractors. <br />(6) The Contractor shall provide as part of the contract work, adequate sanitary facilities, within <br />the fenced -in areas of the total project area, for the use of the Contractor's workmen. <br />(7) Street Lighting Systems, Pedestrian Lighting Systems, Electrical distribution Systems, <br />The Contractor shall at all times protect and maintain the operation of the existing street lighting <br />systems, the existing pedestrian lighting systems and the existing underground electrical distribution <br />systems within the project area including but not limited to all poles, conduits, wiring, pull boxes, <br />transformers, switchgear assemblies, meter assemblies, service connection assemblies and lighting <br />fixtures that are located within the project whether shown or not shown on the contract drawings. <br />The Contractor shall protect and maintain all existing landscaping and irrigation systems within the <br />project area during construction <br />(8). The Contractor shall maintain and provide a safe access for vehicles and pedestrians at all <br />times within the project area. <br />(9) Landscaping and Irrigation Systems - The contractor shall at all times protect and maintain <br />the existing landscaping and irrigation systems within the project area <br />23. INSURANCE PROVISIONS <br />24. COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRED CONTRACT PROVISIONS <br />Bidders shall cite compliance with the Required Contract Provisions and shall execute and include <br />the following in their bid proposals: <br />1. Buy America Certificate of Compliance <br />2. Certification regarding Lobbying <br />3. Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion- or <br />55 <br />
