Voplatel <br />All requirements of the ordinance have been met and are in order. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the renewal of an application to carry a concealed <br />firearm for the following: <br />Edward Lee Ayers <br />Vincent J. Voplatel <br />C.
