Lien - Demolition of Nuisance Structures - Owner: Ethel <br />Spriggs <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 8/5/86: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: August 5, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: Lien - Demolition of Nuisance Structures <br />Location: 4616 32nd Avenue, Gifford <br />Owner: Ethel Spriggs <br />FROM: a . Wilson <br />istant County Attorney <br />The Lien attached hereto relates to nuisance structures <br />which were demolished pursuant to the order of the Board of <br />County Commissioners. The owner of the land upon which the <br />structures existed has not paid the assessment as of this <br />date. After signing, the Lien will be filed in the public <br />records to secure payment of the demolition cost. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized <br />the filing of a lien in the amount of $4,008.03 against <br />Ethel Spriggs, the owner, to secure payment of the <br />demolition costs for nuisance structures located <br />at 4616 32nd Avenue, Gifford. <br />4 <br />
