BROOKS, ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST <br />SUBJECT: DISPOSAL OF CONTRABAND BY BURNING <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The United States of America, Federal Drug Enforcement Agency has <br />requested an agreement be made between Indian River County Utilities <br />and the Agency for the disposal of contraband by burning. The Agency <br />will provide all required guards for security and all required <br />laborers for the off - loading of all material. <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />Utility staff recommends and requests that the Board of County <br />Commissioners review the agreement and authorize the chairman to sign <br />the agreement on behalf of the County. <br />8 <br />
