S E P <br />9 <br />1966 <br />BOOK 65 FaE <br />6,5.8 <br />The Board returned to Recommendation No. <br />4 re Masteller & <br />Moler, and discussed what an appropriate amount of insurance <br />would be. <br />OMB Director noted that they have a lot of work with us, and" <br />he suggested a minimum of a one million dollar policy for <br />liability and E80 insurance. <br />Chairman Scurlock agreed that Masteller 6 Moler are involved <br />with projects for the County totaling possibly 14-15 million <br />dollars. <br />Commissioner Wodtke felt a concern that we will have some <br />exposure and believed we already are facing a potential suit on a <br />road situation involving a contractor of record who was negligent <br />about proper barricading. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved the <br />!Scope of Services agreement proposed by Masteller & <br />Moler Associates, Inc., and authorized the Chairman's <br />- signature with the understanding that their liability <br />insurance shall be at least one million dollars. <br />SAID AGREEMENT WILL BE MADE A PART OF THE RECORD WHEN FULLY <br />EXECUTED AND RECEIVED. <br />COMMISSION MEETING DAY <br />The Chairman reviewed staff memo, as follows: <br />TO: County Commissioners DATE: September 3, 1986 FILE: <br />SUBJECT: Second meeting in November <br />FROM: Alice E.
