E&D Contracting —F—Savannah,GA $298,316.00 <br /> $350,656.00 <br /> The County's Consulting Engineer, Schulke, Bittle and Stoddard (SBS), L.L.C., has reviewed the bids and has <br /> recommended that the bid he awarded to the lowest responsive,responsible bidder, E&D Contracting Services, <br /> Inc.,for a Total Bid Price in the amount of$350,656.00 which includes the two alternates. The two alternates <br /> were to include concrete deck top rehabilitation and exterior wall repair and paint. Please find attached the <br /> recommendation of Award letter from SBS as a reference. The lowest, responsive, responsible bid price is <br /> significantly higher than the engineer's estimate of$151,735.
