(remaining 15 <br />referenced lots/applications) <br />c/o Lloyd and Associates, Inc. <br />1835 20th Street <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />Waterway & Location: The projects are located on <br />privately owned bottomlands in the, Indian River, <br />adjacent to the above referenced lots, Riomar Bay <br />Subdivision, Unit Two, Section 5, Township 33 South,.. <br />Range 40 East, Indian River County, Florida. The <br />projects are proposed to be located within the City <br />of Vero Beach. <br />Work & Purpose:. The applicants propose to construct <br />nineteen (19) private residential single docks, each <br />Iw located on separate lots within the Riomar Bay <br />Subdivision, Unit Two. Seventeen (17) of the pro- <br />posed docks are identical in design, consisting of a <br />45' x 4' main access pier and 20' x 5' T -section. <br />The dock proposed for Lot 19 has a "slanted L -shape" <br />design, with a 60' x 6' main access pier and 20' x 8' <br />terminal platform. An L-shaped dock is also proposed <br />for Lot 6, with a 50' x 4' main access pier and 20' x <br />5' terminal platform. No dredging or filling is to <br />occur regarding any of the proposed dock projects. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />The Planning and Development Division reviews and submits <br />comments on dredge and fill applications to the permitting <br />agencies based upon the following: <br />The Conservation & Coastal Zoning Management Element of <br />the Indian River Comprehensive Plan <br />Coastal Zone Management, Interim Goals, Objectives & <br />Policies for the Treasure Coast Region <br />12 <br />
