There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 8/26/86, <br />as written. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or <br />additions to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of 9/3/86. There <br />were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of 9/3/86, <br />as written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Chairman Scurlock requested that Item E be removed from the <br />Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />A.
