He_ <br />reported that we have to have the insurance in effect October <br />1st, and while there still are some credits that have not been <br />decided, he is fairly comfortable with the numbers set out. He <br />further noted that the various agents he called were having <br />trouble getting government liability coverage, and he believed <br />the League actually is the only alternative. <br />Chairman Scurlock commended the OMB Director for his hard <br />work on obtaining the county proper insurance. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously entering into <br />the insurance policies with the Florida League of <br />Cities as recommended by the OMB Director in his memo <br />w dated September,22, 1986. <br />CONDEMNATION OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT PROPERTY <br />Assistant County Wilson reviewed the following memo: <br />26 <br />
