RESOLUTION NO. 86- 82 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY BY <br />EMINENT DOMAIN FOR THE PURPOSE 'OF <br />CONSTRUCTING PUBLIC HEALTH <br />FACILITIES. <br />WHEREAS, the current Indian River County Public <br />Health Facility is inadequate to meet the present and future <br />needs of the public; and <br />WHEREAS, the specific property hereinafter <br />described is to be acquired for the purposes of constructing <br />new public health facilities and is necessary to meet the <br />future needs of the citizens of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, County staff has located and surveyed its <br />area of construction and use, and intends in good faith to <br />construct public health facilities on the specific property <br />hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, County staff recommends the immediate <br />acquisition of the following described properties for the <br />purposes stated herein: <br />PARCEL 1: <br />The South J of Lot 2, Block 3, <br />Booker T.
