A <br />SEP 3 0 1986 <br />BOOK 65 F,1 Ur 8.45 <br />feet of Lot 5, according to Plat thereof as recorded in the <br />Official Record Book 4, Page 13, of Indian River County, <br />Florida. These lots are fifty (50) feet in width, and <br />one -hundred and thirty-eight (138) feet in depth. It is Mr. <br />and Mrs. Summerall's intention to construct a single-family <br />residence on these combined lots. <br />The current zoning classification is RS -6, Single -Family <br />residential. The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density <br />Residential, up to six (6) units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />This request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone <br />Company, Florida Power and Light Company, Florida Cablevision <br />Corporation, the County Utilities Department, and the County <br />Right-of-way Department. None of these agencies had any <br />objections to the release of these easements. The zoning staff <br />analysis, which included an on-site visit, showed that drainage <br />would be adequately handled by the existing front and rear <br />drainage swales. <br />It is the staff's opinion that to release the common five (5) <br />foot side lot utility and drainage easements, being the <br />Southerly five (5) feet of Lot 4, and the Northerly five (5) <br />feet of Lot 5, Block C, Oslo.Park Subdivision, Unit #2, would <br />have no adverse effect to the surrounding area. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board, through adoption of a <br />resolution, release the common side lot five (5) foot utility <br />and drainage easements, being the Southerly five (5) feet of <br />Lot 4, and the Northerly five (5) feet of Lot 5, Block C, Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, Unit -#2, Plat Book 4, Page 13, of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) adopted <br />Resolution 86-83 releasing the common side lot 5' <br />easements, Lots 4 and 5, Block C, Oslo Park Subdi- <br />vision, as requested by James Summerall. <br />10 <br />
