O Z< (B31)LEGALLIB m1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-83 <br />A RESOLUTIONOF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE OSLO PARK <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves <br />no public purpose, _ <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County. Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian <br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1860 25th Street.
