XVIII. Mr. Turner and I worked on this for several hours and I feel we are being <br />offered an opportunity that is almost too good to be true and the County <br />should not miss this opportunity to provide a needed service to it's <br />residents at a very reasonable cost and without any risk. <br />XIX. In closing, I have provided answers to all the questions that have been <br />raised as well as a viable solution to the problem of risk. Again I <br />must state I am not an employee of the Board nor the Sheriff. I have <br />no personal interest short of what is best for the taxpayers of this <br />County. I have tried to give to you the benefit of my years of experi- <br />ence and expertise in data processing. In the past when I have done <br />this, I have been criticized unfairly and accused of trying to build an <br />empire.
