QCT 1.4 1986, aooK 66 Fd.UL P3� <br />Chairman Scurlock explained that it is done on a per lot <br />basis. <br />Sidney Mason, resident of 80th Avenue and owner of one lot - <br />on 78th Avenue, agreed that the only people who would benefit <br />with the paving are the businesses on 78th Avenue. <br />Fred Mensing, a resident of Roseland, felt that many people <br />in the county believe the monies collected for road impact fees <br />will be put into their streets, which is not the case with <br />respect to petition paving. He urged the Board to have this made <br />clear to the people. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously (4-0), <br />Commissioner Bird having left the meeting temporarily, _ <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, that the Board approve the <br />assessment roll for the north half of Ercildoune <br />Heights Subdivision with the exception of Mr. Gough <br />being assessed for 11 lots. <br />Under discussion, Attorney Vitunac asked if the $700 <br />difference is to be spread amongst the other assessments, and <br />Director Davis advised that there are approximately 40 lots <br />included in the assessment. <br />COMMISSIONERS LYONS AND WODTKE AGREED TO AMEND THE <br />MOTION to state that the $700 difference would be <br />spread over the 40 lots included in the assessment. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. The Motion was <br />voted on and carried unanimously 4-0, Commissioner Bird <br />having left the meeting temporarily. <br />38 <br />
