Without <br />receiving any additional R/W from the hospital, we could pave an <br />18 ft. road in the 35 ft. R/W. We have done that in Glendale <br />Lakes Subdivision and it has worked well. When they go to <br />develop the property, we get the additional R1W. <br />Attorney Vitunac advised the Board that the real question <br />today is whether the cost to the hospital is more than the <br />benefit they will receive from having this road paved. If there <br />is at least as much benefit as the cost, than the Board has a <br />legal right to do it regardless of the plans of the hospital not <br />to use the road.
