Reid, Jr., attorney representing Vista Properties, <br />explained that they are just trying to clean up the deed to the <br />property. _ <br />Attorney Vitunac pointed out that even without our <br />permission, they have the ability to file a quiet title action <br />and get rid of the cloud on the deed caused by the dirt road. <br />The County is not really giving up anything. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Release <br />contingent upon Vista Properties executing the License, <br />as recommended by staff. <br />RELEASE IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING COMMITTEE REPORT <br />Commissioner Lyons reviewed the following summary dated <br />10/8/86: <br />SUMMARY OF ACTIONS <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING COMMITTEE <br />OCTOBER 8, 1986 <br />1. County Road 512 Future Improvements <br />Staff was directed to investigate right-of-way exchanges <br />along CR -512 between US#1 and Sebastian Elementary School, <br />and to submit a preliminary typical roadway design for the <br />ultimate roadway widening west of the school. <br />2. Intersection Study - SR -60 at 44th Avenue <br />The Committee tabled any improvements to the intersection <br />indefinitely. _ <br />3. Collector Roads North of CR -512 <br />The Committee recommended to add to the Thoroughfare Plan: <br />(1) 98th Avenue from 87th Street to the Fleming Grant <br />(2) 106th Avenue from CR -512 to the Fleming Grant <br />Staff was directed to report back on the extensions of these <br />two reads into the Fleming Grant. <br />80 <br />
