3. Provide all tools, equipment and personal items such as gloves, <br />'boots, hard hats, etc. necessary to perform work. <br />4. Immediately notify Department officials in the event an inmate <br />escapes while under their supervision. <br />5. Record daily the number of hours worked by inmates, on forms <br />provided by the Department and submit said forms on a monthly basis. <br />6. Report all injuries to inmates, regardless of how minor in nature, <br />to the Department as soon as is possible. <br />7. Report any inappropriate behavior displayed by inmates or any inmate <br />who fails to perform his tasks in an acceptable manner. <br />8. Provide inmates with a fifteen minute break in the morning and a� <br />fifteen minute break in the afternoon. Lunch breaks shall be a <br />minimum of 30 minutes. <br />9.k Make its staff available to the Department for training to include a <br />minimum of 8 hours of orientation prior to assuming responsibility <br />for the supervision of inmates. <br />Indian River <br />10.
