OCT 2 ® 1986 BOOK 66 uu-104 <br />MOTION WAS MADE Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, that the Board approve the <br />Estuarine Plan for Grand Harbor -subject to the <br />conditions as set out in the above staff <br />recommendation. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Bowman asked if the Motion <br />left the language in Condition 2d as is, but Commissioner Bird <br />asked what the other suggested language was for 2(d). <br />Commissioner Bowman explained that it was "unless otherwise <br />permitted by the <br />DER and <br />the <br />Army Corps <br />of Engineers." <br />Commissioner <br />Bowman <br />felt <br />there is a <br />possibility that the DER <br />and the Corps may want to cut down the width of'those ditches. <br />COMMISSIONERS LYON'S AND BOWMAN AGREED TO INCLUDE <br />IN THEIR MOTION the amended language for Condition 2d <br />in Section 8, "unless otherwise permitted by the DER <br />and the Army Corps of Engineers." <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. The Motion was <br />voted on and carried unanimously. <br />Chairman Scurlock wished to have staff come back about the <br />-monitoring and performance bond on the maintenance, and Mr. <br />Boling said they are planning to bring both back on the Consent <br />Agenda of a future meeting and if there are any questions, it can <br />be pulled off and discussed. <br />ESTUARINE PLAN IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />CONCEPTUAL PRD PLAN APPROVAL <br />Planner Stan Boling reviewed the following plan analysis: <br />17 <br />
