No improvements <br />have been constructed and no land development permit- has been <br />issued. <br />Ben Bailey, III, owner, is now requesting an 18 month extension of <br />the preliminary plat approval. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Extensions, requested in writing prior to expiration of approval, <br />are allowed pursuant to _section 7(d)(10) of the subdivision <br />ordinance. The Board has historically granted one 18 month <br />extension of preliminary plat approval to applicants requesting <br />such an extension. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant one <br />18 month extension of the conditional preliminary plat approval <br />granted to The Heritage subdivision; said approval shall expire on <br />March 28, 1988. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />granted one 18 -month extension of the Gond-tion-I <br />preliminary plat approval for Heritage Subdivision <br />to expire on March 28, 1988, as recommended by staff. <br />I. Adoption of Resolution 86-90 - Cronin -Wells Property on <br />Indian River Boulevard Southerly Extension <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 10/15/86: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: P. Wilson, Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: <br /><)Iober 15, 1986 <br />RE: Cronin -Wells Property on Indian River <br />Boulevard Southerly Extension <br />BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 21, 1986 <br />The above -referenced parties have donated a parcel of land <br />along the Indian River Boulevard corridor in exchange for a <br />transfer of density credit and execution of the attached <br />resolution by the Board. The deed conveying this property <br />has been executed by Cronin and representatives of the <br />Wells' estate and has been recorded. It is my recommen- <br />dation that we execute the resolution in accordance with our <br />agreement with the above -referenced parties. <br />8 <br />
