BOOK 66 I r�U 26 <br />Also, the reason they did not want the cut to be permanent is <br />that they wanted the ability to increase the westbound storage <br />lane, and that cut limits the storage capacity. <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if we can get a Motion to modify the <br />developer's agreement and to accept staff's recommendation, and <br />the Board wished to know what the staff's recommendation is. <br />Director Davis commented that when staff put this matter on <br />the agenda, they did not know that the St. John's permit would be <br />issued, and their recommendation was to deny the request until we <br />were sure we could proceed with the improvements on King's <br />Highway. Director Davis did not want to cancel the ability to <br />have traffic control there during construction so their <br />recommendation at this time is that if the Board wishes to grant* <br />100% occupancy, that we do so with the requirement that traffic <br />control still will be provided by the center if it is determined <br />that it is needed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously agreed to <br />allow 1000 occupancy of Ryanwood Shopping center <br />upon the condition that traffic control will be pro- <br />vided by the center if Ut is needed. <br />DISCUSSION OF IMPACT FEE CHARGES - VATLAND <br />Robert Vatland came before the Board in reference to the <br />following letter: <br />63 <br />
