Davis, P.E., REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />In bidding the subject project, Dickerson made an error in bid item <br />#455-0-11: Unloaded Test Piles. The Contractor intended to bid the item as <br />120 IF at $49 per lineal foot = $5,880, instead of a Lump Sum bid of $49. <br />TO correct this error, the Contractor is requesting the County to increase <br />the contract price by $5,831. <br />rdXXI ENDATION AND FUNDING " <br />Staff recognizes that this error was inadvertent and an oversight. It is <br />recommended that Change Order # 1 be approved increasing the contract by <br />$5,831. Funding to be from Cis Tax Revenue and Impact Fees. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />Change Order #1 increasing the contract with <br />Dickerson Florida, Inc., by $5,831. <br />45 <br />Nov 1986 <br />BOOK. 66 a ;E.1?7 <br />
