NOV 18 1986 Boort 66 Fa,c404 <br />Attorney O'Haire asked that the Board allow him to review <br />his proposed ordinance briefly. <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if it has gone through the Planning <br />'-` & Zoning Commission, and Planner Shearer advised that the subject <br />has been discussed, but the ordinance has not been reviewed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com - <br />Bird, the Board unanimously directed staff to process <br />the ordinance proposed by Attorney O'Haire through <br />the proper channels. <br />Chairman Scurlock allowed Attorney O'Haire a few minutes to <br />review his proposed ordinance, and Attorney O'Haire stressed that <br />this has been going on since last May, and the people feel they <br />are in limbo. They want this expedited to the fullest extent <br />possible. <br />Discussion followed re advertising requirements, review <br />period, etc., and Director Keating felt it could be heard at the <br />first meeting in January. <br />12TH ST.
