She continued that she basically was not for the county rezoning things except under special circumstances where we have an obvious need or some hardship. Peter Robinson, president of Laurel Builders, felt if that area is studied, it will be found that there are some areas that are obviously not agricultural, and he believed the owners want them rezoned, but it is hard to get them to move ahead with it.
