r <br />Commissioner Eggert asked if the County was doing something <br />right now to correct the situation of the exposed water and sewer <br />lines, and Public Works Director Jim Davis stated that the County <br />will cover exposed lines and fill the pot holes. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation of Alternative #3 with the <br />provision that the County will continue to maintain it <br />while proceeding with Alternative #3. <br />RESOLUTION STATING OPPOSITION TO INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BEING <br />REMOVED FROM TREASURE COAST REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that if the proposed resolution is <br />adopted, he and the County Administrator will drive to <br />Tallahassee on Sunday and present it -to the State on Monday <br />morning. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 86-109, a resolution to the Substate <br />Boundaries Committee of the Senate of the State of <br />Florida expressing opposition to removing Indian River <br />County from the Treasure Coast Regional Planning <br />Council. <br />31 <br />L_ pEC 9 1986 eooK 608 <br />
