DEC 16 1966 BOOK 66 f,AIA 645 <br />Board members raised questions re the donation of $1,000 to <br />the park fund in lieu of dedicating the required easement as it <br />was felt the amount seemed inadequate. <br />Planner Boling explained that the access in question runs <br />from A -1-A to the river and it runs to within 25' of A -1-A; the <br />remaining piece required to be dedicated is a very small piece of <br />land and an appraisal was worked out. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously granted final <br />plat approval to Shorelands West Subdivision, accepted <br />the letter of credit in the amount of $327,773 and the <br />$1,000 park fund donation, and authorized the Chairman <br />-to sign the contract for construction of required <br />improvements. <br />COPIES OF SAID DOCUMENTS ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO <br />THE BOARD. <br />H.
