Commissioner Eggert inquired about the building separation <br />permitted by the Building Department pursuant to the Fire Code, <br />and Planner Boling noted that it depends on the type of structure <br />entirely. In this particular case, they do not have site plans <br />in yet for the multi -family phases of the project. The reason <br />for the building separation deals with open space. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />Mary Jane Goetzfried of CCL Consultants came before the <br />Board representing Mr. Mustapick, owner and developer of Timber <br />Ridge Tennis Ranch.
