Davis, P.E., REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Director - <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Staff has prepared and negotiated the attached Supplemental Agreement # 1 <br />for the following work <br />Part 1 - Master Plan Development for the*Prcposed South County Regional <br />.,Park/Library Site at Oslo Road and 20th Avenue. <br />Part 2 - A "User Fee" Study of the County's Parks and Recreation <br />Facilities. <br />Part 3 - Master Plan Development for the County Fairground Site at the <br />Hobart Park Complex. <br />ALTERqATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The Consultant has agreed to perform the work as follows: <br />Part 1 - South County Park Master Plan - $10,027. <br />Part 2 - User. Fee Study - $ 9,760 <br />Part 3 - Fairgrounds Master Plan - $ 6,891 <br />Each phase of the work will take approximately 60 days. The Parks and <br />Recreation Committee has reviewed the scope of work. <br />RECOWYEMATIONS AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Chair -man be authorized to execute the <br />Supplemental Agreement and the Consultant be authorized to begin the work. <br />Funding to be from Account 112-210-572-033.13. <br />6 <br />
