I. Minimum Separation from ResicLential_District <br />Where a nonresidential use within a PRO district abuts a <br />single-family or multiple -family zoning district, a landscaped <br />bufferyard meeting the following specifications shall be <br />required along the side and/or rear property lines. <br />Single -Family Multiple -Family <br />Zoning District Zoning District <br />Minimum Separation 20 ft. 15 ft. <br />Screening Requirement Type A Type B <br />The bufferyard shall be measured at right angles to the lot <br />line. All screening requirements shall meet the standards <br />established in Section 23.1. No off-street parking or loading <br />areas shall be permitted within the bufferyard. <br />J. Required Improvements <br />All future subdivisions and site plans for developments within <br />the PRO zoning district shall provide the following <br />improvements, designed and constructed to the requirements and <br />specifications in the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian <br />River County and the State of Florida: <br />1. Bikeways (as specified in the County Bikeway Plan, as <br />currently exists or may hereafter be adopted). <br />2. Sidewalks. <br />3.
