All lots created after the adoption of this ordinance <br />shall meet the minimum lot size & lot width criteria. <br />Residential uses shall be subject to the density, size <br />and dimension regulations of the RM -6 zoning district. <br />2. The front yard setback shall be a minimum of twenty-five <br />(25) feet except for developments abutting State Road 60 <br />which shall provide a minimum front setback of <br />seventy-five (75) feet as per paragraph 25 (1) (3) . <br />SECTION 2 <br />Paragraph 25.1 (f) (1) a. of Section 25.1 (f), "Regulations <br />for Specific Land Uses, Institutional Uses", is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />25.1 (f) INSTITUTIONAL USES <br />(1) Child Care or Adult Care Facilities. (Administrative <br />Permit, Special Exception) <br />a. Districts Requiring Administrative Permit: <br />Child care or adult care facilities shall be allowed <br />in the A-1, RFD, RM -8, RM -10, RM -14, RMH-6, RMH-8, <br />ROSE -4, PRO, OCR and CN districts upon approval for <br />an administrative permit as provided in Section 25.2 <br />and after meeting the requirements defined below. <br />nra�mr�wT 7 <br />Paragraph 25.1 (g) (4) a. of Section 25.1 (g), "Regulations <br />for Specific Land Uses, Community Service Uses", is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br />25.1 (g) COMMUNITY SERVICE USES <br />(4) Governmental Administration -Building. (Administrative <br />Permit and Special Exception) <br />a. Districts -Requiring Administrative Permits: <br />Governmental administration buildings may be allowed <br />in the PRO and MED district upon receiving approval <br />for an administrative permit. <br />SECTION 4 <br />Subsection 25.1 (i) (1), "General Offices (Special <br />Exception)," is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br />SECTION 5 <br />REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS <br />--- _...All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the Board <br />of County Commissioners or Indian River County, Florida which <br />conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed <br />to the extent of such con i%t: All Special Acts of the <br />legislature applying only to the unincorporated portion of Indian <br />88 <br />
