Any other person as may be deemed necessary by <br />the Board of County Commissioners. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Eggert and seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scur ock, Jr <br />Chairman <br />Chairman Scurlock noted the Resolution is not self- <br />executing; there are appointments that need to be made. <br />Commissioner Eggert did not see why we have to have specific <br />names except for the County Commissioner, and Commissioner <br />Wheeler is already named. She felt when we have specific groups, <br />such as the Bar Association, for instance, we could just ask for <br />their authorized representative as they may not always want to <br />send the same person. <br />Attorney Vitunac agreed that could be done, but noted that <br />we need to pick out someone for #5 and #6. <br />The Chairman stated that he wished to have Commissioner <br />Wheeler as chairman of that committee make those appointments, <br />and Commissioner Eggert continued to stress that she would like <br />the appointments to be flexible. <br />52 <br />
