FDOT FUNCTIONAL RECLASSIFICATION <br />Suncom Telephone: 424-1011 <br />Committee discussed a proposal with FDOT representatives to <br />transfer two roadways.due to an evaluation of their <br />functional classification. <br />State Road 607 (27th Avenue) is proposed to be transferred <br />from the State roadway system to the County system. <br />The portion of 20th Place between US#1 and 6th Avenue, and <br />the portion of 6th Avenue between 20th Place and 21st Street <br />are proposed to be transferred from the municipal system <br />(Vero Beach) to the State road system as part of State <br />Road 60. <br />A public hearing date is recommended for March 4,`1987 at <br />7:00 P.M. in the Commission Chambers, with an alternate date <br />of March 11. <br />2. STREET LIGHT REQUESTS (4th QUARTER 1986) <br />Committee denied three requests for street lights to be <br />installed with County funds. <br />58 <br />
