SECTION 2. REFERENDUM TO BE HELD <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />hereby authorizes and directs the holding of a referendum election <br />in the North Indian River County Fire District to be held on <br />March 10, 1987 at which election those qualified electors of the <br />District shall vote on the following question: <br />Shall the authorized millage of the North <br />Indian River County Fire District be increased - <br />from one-half mill to one mill per annum on each <br />dollar value of taxable property within the <br />District to cover the expenses of. the District? <br />FOR INCREASED MILLAGE <br />AGAINST INCREASED MILLAGE <br />SECTION 3.
